Half-marathon pack contents: 1 x 400g tin of Gatosport, 1 bottle of Warm-up drink, 1 tube of Liquid Antioxidant Gel, 1 tube of Liquid Coup de Fouet, 1 race number belt.
Use
Breakfast (or last meal before the race): 1/3 Gatosport, with a glass of water, tea or coffee.
To stabilise blood sugar levels: drink one 50 cl bottle of Warm-up drink regularly and in small quantities during the last hour before the start,
Just before the start: 1 tube of Liquid Antioxidant Gel + 5 to 10 cl of water,
Km 10: 1 tube of Liquid Energix + 5 to 10 cl of water,
Km 15: 1 tube of Liquid Coup de fouet + 5 to 10 cl of water.
