The Cycle sport pack contains the right food, drinks and gels for cyclists.
- Start off from a solid base with Gatosport, a meal which is full of energy, balanced and easy to digest,
- Ensure a regular hydration and rapidly rebuild glucose stores with long distance Hydrixir the ideal drink for maintaining performance during prolonged physical activity.,
- Take your energy gels at regular intervals throughout your event, around one tube every 45 minutes to an hour. Try to keep the Liquid Coup de Fouet and Liquid Red Tonic Sprint Air tubes for difficult patches or for the end.
- When you feel you need to, eat an Amelix bar.
Cycle sport pack content: 1 box of Gatosport 400g, 1 box of Long distance Hydrixir 600g, 1 box of Liquid Performance selection 10 gels, 3 Amelix bars and 1 Drink Bottle 600 ml.
- Breakfast: 1/3 Gatosport Sports Cake. Gatosport should be finished one hour before the start
- Just before the start: 1 Liquid Antioxidant Gel
- At the start and then every 10 minutes, drink 1 to 2 mouthfuls of long distance Hydrixir
