Take the COUP DE FOUET gel at any time (2 or 3 sips) during an event at times of intense effort (tough stretches, climbing a mountain pass, etc.), to prevent an injury and as you approach the finish line.
Drink 1 to 2 mouthfuls of OVERSTIM.s sports drink or water after taking the gel.
The winning combo: take 2 or 3 sips of COUP DE FOUET, wait 4 or 5 minutes, then take a RED TONIC gel: it's extremely effective!
