Use
Mix the whole of the tin (400 g) with about 250 ml of water and stir to a smooth consistency. Bake in a pre-heated oven (180-200°C, 365-392°F, gas mark 4-5) for about 30 to 40 minutes.
Eat 1/3 to 1/2 a cake slowly, by finishing about 1 hour before the start of the effort.
Ideal breakfast or meal between two competitions of the same day.
Organic Gatosport should be eaten on its own or eventually with a small cup of tea or coffee (without milk) as it provides all the necessary energy before your effort.
The cake can be prepared up to 4 days before utilization. Once baked the remaining portions can be frozen (never refroze a defrosted product).
As a temporary fix of preparation: microwave oven (850w, cooking time 8 minutes; the cake should be prepared just before utilization as it cannot be stored) or in a pan (cover and cook at minimum temperature for 30 to 40 minutes).
